Adopt Christi

Christi is a 20lb, 13 year old Cairn Terrier mix. Christi is blind and is mostly deaf. We are thinking she has been this way her whole life. She needs a home that is calm - no kids running around, etc. She isn't a fan of being held, but is getting better at that. Sometimes she explores (and sometimes gets stuck in places) and sometimes she goes in circles (and she doesn't get stuck), which is very common for blind/deaf dogs. When she does the circles, we, as humans, tend to feel sorry for her, presume it is dementia, but her quality of life is what it has always been and who are we to say she is not happy? Christi is not a dog who will be interactive with a family. She is mostly in her own little world and the person who adopts Christi will do so with only a desire that they help her continue to live her best life, with no expectations of change or improvement.
