Mavis is a 10 year old, 50lb German Shorthaired Pointer. She has the typical GSP energy – spins like a top when excited. When Mavis came to Lizzy’s, she had a damaged eye that was causing her pain, so it was removed. When being removed the found the tip of a porcupine quill behind her eye – OUCH. She feels so much better now. Mavis loves all dogs and is a bit too interested in cats. She does have energy and would enjoy walks. Mavis rides great in the car – very calm looking out the window, enjoying the ride. She would make a great apartment dog, also. We are looking for a foster family or forever family for Mavis.
